By using the WagZivo website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. WagZivo sells dog-travel and clean-car accessories through an online storefront powered by Shopify.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, discounts, inventory, and availability may change. We work to keep product pages accurate, but minor differences in color, packaging, size, or supplier presentation can occur.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review, and product availability. Payment methods are shown at checkout after the store owner activates approved payment providers.

Shipping

Current launch products are configured for United States delivery. Delivery timing can vary by product, carrier, supplier location, and order volume.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund requests are handled under the Returns and Refunds page. Contact WagZivo quickly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Product use

WagZivo products are intended for comfort, cleanliness, organization, and travel convenience. Products should not be treated as certified crash restraints unless the product page specifically states verified certification.

Site content

Website content, brand assets, product copy, and guides are provided for shopping and informational use. Do not copy or reuse WagZivo content without permission.
