Free standard US shipping

WagZivo ships to eligible United States addresses, with no minimum order for standard shipping. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Allow 1-3 business days for processing, followed by 2-7 business days in transit, depending on the product. Total estimated delivery is 3-10 business days. Your product page shows the more specific estimate for that item.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; holidays, order volume, destination and carrier delays can affect timing.

Multiple items and bundles

Products and bundle components may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking your order

Tracking is emailed when carrier information becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier page to update after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery help

Review your delivery address before checkout. For a correction or a delivery question, email orders@wagzivo.com with your order number. Contact us immediately for address corrections; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
